😊: Lovely bright and clean apartment. Everything we needed for a mid week break for the Cognac blues festival. Very comfortable and despite the heatwave the apartment remained cool thanks to the shutters and double glazing. Two large fans were also much appreciated. Excellent beds, very comfortable. There was nothing to dislike. It would however be useful to have an extra cupboard or shelf in the kitchen to store food.. 😢: No negatives.

😊: Superb location. The apartment had absolutely everything, even heart shaped ice cubes!! We had a problem with the toaster and the owner delivered in a new one straight away. Ready made beds, towels, tea towels soap, tea, coffee and much more....what more can anyone want. Perfect!. 😢: The cooker hood is too low, we kept banging our head on it..

😊: Clean & all you need is there. 😢: Nothing.

😊: It was very easy to collect the keys. Host also allowed me to arrive a bit earlier. Host kindly left some cookies and water to show a nice welcome. The apartment is exactly as on photos, it's spacious with 2 bedrooms and proper kitchen. The big supermarket is 7 min walking distance and you have plenty of restaurants nearby.. 😢: It was a bit hot in Cognac and the room is not equipped with an air con or a fan. I also did not find a washing machine and the stairs to apartment makes it impossible to get with a heavy suitcase..
