😊: Ubicación. 😢: El apartamento tenía olor a tabaco cuando llegamos. El salón no tiene televisión..las almohadas penosas y el colchón de la habitación de matrimonio se hunde. 3 piso sin ascensor. Mandamos un mensaje al dueño y no nos contestó hasta pasadas 12 horas. Y encima me amenaza con solicitar a Booking una compensación porque lo hemos dejado sucio. De los 3 días que estuvimos allí solo lo usamos para cenar y dormir ..

😊: Es un precioso apartamento amplio y muy bien equipado. Está muy bien situado. Todo estaba muy limpio y decorado con mucho gusto. 😢: La llave iba mal y era complicado abrir y cerrar.

😊: The location was excellent. It was in short walking distance from the old town. From the rear windows you could even see the towers of the cathedral and there is a view over a private garden and some rooftops of the old town. The apartment was bright, clean and well equipped. The bed in the main bedroom is very good. The back of the apartment was very quiet. So we had a good sleep. In the front is a bedroom with two single beds, the road in the front causes more noise, but with the windows closed it was not a problem. For our family of 3 it was rather spacious. The apartment has a few old features, like the beam next to the kitchen. It makes you feel part of the old town. There is no airconditioning, but the climate inside the apartment was never too warm, because it is a solid old building. We were there during a few hot days in august. Communication with the lessor was very well.. 😢: For elderly persons the winding stairs to the appartment which was at the 3rd (?) floor could be more difficult. It is an old building. Parking in the street before the building needs some attention, it is not free during daytime and you must set a timer to remind you to set the parkingtime for another few hours. A users guide for the induction cooking plate would have been handy. But the person who handed us the keys was so friendly to come along to help us..
