😊: The location was perfect: easy to walk into town in less than 2 minutes you have great restaurants and shops, plus you are right next to museums and other sights. We had a car and parked in a public parking that you can book ahead of your trip which was then really easy to use during our whole stay. The location is also away from busy bars and noisy streets, which is good for summer when you want to sleep with windows open. Amenities were good and the size of the flat is great for two people discovering the city. Thank you to our host who gave use some great tips during check-in, we followed his advice and had great food and a good time over our short stay in town. We will definitely travel to Rouen again!.

😊: Nicolas was a great host, friendly and welcoming and spent a lot of time informing us about places to visit and eat, which was great. Comfortable bed and hot shower. Relaxing, fun space. Good location and supermarket just around the corner.. 😢: As previous guests have pointed out, there are a lot of stairs, which are no problem if you’re reasonably fit and healthy. Okay, shower was small, but again, no problem for us..

😊: Quirky, comfortable, well equipped little apartment in a great location. Decor gave it lots of character. Bathroom is very small but functional. Easy to drop off luggage and paid parking is an easy walk away but a bit pricy.. 😢: Stairs are a challenge with luggage, we are travelling for 2 months so have a couple of reasonable suitcases. But nothing that we haven't encountered many times before in Europe..

😊: We love our stay! Everything is perfect, it is very clean, homey and thoughtful. The decorations are nice and interesting too. I especially like the little kitchen, they have everything you need - pots, fridge, microwave, and a coffee machine. It's located in a pretty safe area, and was very quiet at night. Definitely will stay here again :) Nicolas is a very nice host too. The insider introduction of Rouen was very helpful and the recommended restaurant was so delicious!. 😢: nothing.

😊: Nice apartment in its price range. Everything you need is there. It was very easy to get the keys upon check-in.. 😢: Everything is OK..
