Well presented but poor communication<br>#128578; Good position for everything in Annecy. The apartment was tastefully decorated and had all that you needed for a stay.<br>#128577; Communication with the owners was not as good as it could be. I asked for entry information before I arrived and they said it would be available 10 minutes before. I had trouble contacting them which resulted in my having to stay in a hotel at considerable expense to me. There also was not any instructions for use of TV and other appliances.

Very good<br>#128578; Location was so good because it is really on the main street in Annecy. Clean room, toilet, shower. so comfortable place to chill.<br>#128577; bed sheet was too small for the bed apparently. Since the bedroom is facing to the hallway of the apartment, we could hear a lot of noise at night. Once we really thought someone was in the room because of the noise.
