Le Botta, spacieux appartement famillial, centre ville de Menton, jardins Biovès, à 5 minutes de la mer

😊: The location is fantastic. Within walking distance of train station, beaches, supermarket, restaurants and the old town. Had everything we needed (including umbrellas and chairs for the beach). Great long washing line over balcony with extra clothes horse. Very comfortable sofa. Fantastic air conditioning. Right beside lovely restaurant called La Trattoria. Great to have 2 toilets with 2 showers(one over bath). Bunk bed in sitting room which kids used to laze around on during the day. Felt very safe. Apartment down side street but never felt unsafe, day or night.. 😢: 3 flights up to apartment with no lift. Didn't bother us but may need to know if you are elderly as there are 66 steps up. We loved it as it kept us fit after all the ice cream! Bed is quite small in 2nd room. Fit 2 teenagers....just about! Balcony doors can't be locked (if you have young children) but handle turned down to close- shutters outside that also. Again didn't bother us with teens. Construction works next door but that didn't bother us..

😊: The two balconies were nice, and everything you needed was there. It was spacious and not far from the centre of town, as well as not far from the station. Lovely bakeries nearby!.
