Le Chalet de Luce

😊: View over the lake, home from whole feel, facilities. Excellent communication.. 😢: Was unprepared for the very steep hill up to the property, definitely not for everyone. The weather was very hot and the chalet was understandably warm. Difficult to keep cool at night. All bedrooms had fans but some were better than others..

We spent a great week here. Very comfortable and lovely to be able eat outside every meal regardless of how hot or wet it was. And a view we could look at all day. Steep climb up from the street.

Beau gite très confortable, très bien équipé, bien situé à proximité d'Annecy, très belle vue sur le lac. Mais deux inconvénients: sa situation en haut d'un terrain très en pente accessible seulement à pied le rend pénible d'accès au quotidien et la TV orange passe très mal.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La situation du chalet est exceptionnelle car proche de tout (à pieds, en bus ou en vélo). Le chalet est conforme à la description. Juste un petit conseil, c'est de changer la literie qui n'est pas très confortable et d'améliorer la communication avec l'agence.
