😊: It has the potential to be a nice house. The kitchen was nice but we had a lot of issues that werent fixed after asking. So too expensive for whag is worth.. 😢: We booked it for the pool for my mum, but the previous guest destroyed the stairs and they didnt fix it so my mum couldnt swim because she could not get out. The jacuzzi we cleaned ourselves. The master bedroom has no privacy and curtains. The bathroom doenstairs has a very small shower cabin that could be bigger for comfort. The bathroom upstairs you have to shower in bath and the ceiling is low so you bump your head. No pillows on the outdoor furniture so its not comfy at all to sit on..

😊: Cozy chalet with underfloor heating in a peaceful location which was good for exploring the area. Easy access via a key box. Driveway for parking. Very comfortable beds. Some improvements have been made since the photographs were taken, as there is a screen alongside the patio and pool providing privacy from the neighbours. Well tended gardens.. 😢: Badly let down by the lack of useful kitchen equipment; no pyrex or ceramics to use in the oven, but plenty of plastics and cake/loaf tins. Drinkware was either very small or very large; ristretto glasses or mugs too big to fit the coffee machine. There are no steps into the pool and the ladder had been removed, so we didn't swim because getting out would have been difficult..

They keep responding with “please provide a score of 8+ on booking.com to get your early check in back” horrible horrible service, the person who I called more than ...

They keep responding with “please provide a score of 8+ on booking.com to get your early check in back” horrible horrible service, the person who I called more than 40 times to only respond to me via text saying “Hi what is your name please?” After having me miss early check in and wait for 3 hours at the chalet, is called Raphael pires.
