😊: ABSOLUTLY NOTHING. 😢: LET DOWN BY THE OWNER. WE COULD NOT CONTACT HIM VIA PHONE OR EMAIL. OWNER WOULD NOT RESPOND IN DIER NEED OF HELP WHEN WE COULD NOT GAIN ACCESS. OWN TELLS LIES TO BOOKING.COM. REFUSED TO REFUND. THE PROPERTY IS IN A ROUGH NEIGBOURHOOD. SCRUFFY RUN DOWN ENTRANCE. NO SIGHT OF OVERLOOKING A RIVER. WRONG ADDRESS GIVEN FOR SATNAV. IT TOOK THE LOCAL POLICE 30MINS TO FIND CORRECT ADDRESS FOR US. AVOID THIS ACCOMMODATION AND OWNER. THE FEEDBACK IS A STORY BOOK.

😊: The breakfast was a nice surprise. Fruit juice together with croissants and pain aux chocolates with jam. The bed was very large and comfortable and I enjoyed the spa tub. The location was excellent as there were several bars a short walk away in a bustling square. It was a perfect location for us as we'd been to Rouen and were heading for Dieppe. A very pretty town.. 😢: I wasn't expecting a single room with the bath in the corner which, with a dog meant a tight squeeze. The suitcases ended up in the shower. In my eyes it was more of a studio but it was exactly as described..

Great stay, fun and spotless,...<br>#128578; This is a really fun idea, jacuzzi and cinema. It was cosy and very clean and had everything you needed in it. The bed was huge.
