😢: Our experience was unfortunately not a positive one. When we arrived at the house, there was not even hand soap in any of the bathrooms, nor dish soap in the kitchen, which created a very poor first impression. When we contacted the agency about the situation, we were simply told that nothing could be done. On our last day, we received a message asking whether we would like a late checkout. We confirmed that we would. However, at the last minute, the late checkout was denied, after we had already planned accordingly. This caused additional inconvenience and stress at the end of our stay. We left the house on Saturday, as new guests were scheduled to arrive. However, on Thursday afternoon we were unexpectedly charged on our credit card, with the claim that we had damaged a decorative item. At no point were we informed of any issue beforehand. We did not receive photos, a proper explanation, or an invoice. The amount was simply charged to our card. For an accommodation that cost more than €1,000 per day, this lack of care and consideration toward guests is unacceptable. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this company. In addition to the poor service, the way this charge was handled felt dishonest..

My brother rented a flat near us and they had a nice welcome cake plus some teabags etc; it made it feel personal.
