Le Champ Jacquet 2

😊: It was in a great spot.. 😢: The bedroom was small so the bed was against the wall, makes it difficult to get out..

😊: Perfect location, super central. Yet, this street is more quiet than neighbouring areas at night. Flat is well decorated. Bed is very comfortable..

😊: The location was extremely central and convenient for attending a conference on Place Sainte-Anne. The apartment was spacious and the furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped for self-catering. The wifi was fast and reliable.. 😢: The streets below can be very noisy and the sound insulation could be better. Rennes is a very young city and the central area is full of student bars, so the noise is to be expected. The shower is quite small, but fully functional. The stairs leading up to the apartment are narrow and may be difficult for older travelers or travelers with disabilities..
