😊: The location was excellent, and having private parking was a big advantage. The apartment was small, but the space was used efficiently and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in instructions were relatively clear and easy to follow. The apartment is located on the first floor, which was convenient. Overall, it was a practical and well-located place to stay.. 😢: Our stay was disappointing due to several issues. We were told that a dedicated parking space was included with the accommodation, but when we arrived it was already occupied by another car. Before our arrival, the owner had specifically warned us not to park anywhere else because our car could be towed. However, when we informed the owner about the occupied parking space, we received no response to our messages, and our phone calls were not answered. As a result, we were left to deal with the situation ourselves. Another drawback was that all communication, including messages and voicemail, was in French, with no alternative language offered. This made communication unnecessarily difficult for non-French speakers. Then there was also mold in the bathroom and shower and the TV remote was broken which made it impossible to make use of the TV. Finally, it is good to note that the check-in time (5:00 PM) is quite late, while the check-out time (10:00 AM) is very early, resulting in a relatively short stay compared to many other accommodations..
