😊: Our needs were handled professionally Thank You. 😢: Entrance was rather old and needs improvement; otherwise interior lived up to our expectations. Could be a little noisy late at night being close to a Pub!.

😊: Nice clean light airy. 😢: Washing machine didn’t work Outside common areas (stairwell) dirty and depressing.

😊: Excellent location. A few minutes walk from restaurants and main points of interest, such as Bayeux Cathedral. Comfortable double bed, sofa bed was reasonably comfortable too. We had a message from the host a day before arrival detailing directions and the exact parking spot for the apartment. This was really helpful.. 😢: You can hear people moving around in the apartment above due to exposed floorboards. Utensils in the kitchen could be improved. There was no bread knife and that’s a necessity in France where the bread is amazing and there is so much variety to choose from..

😊: In general, most of it. Great location.. 😢: Not a dislike, but not clear which was our parking space, upset a resident, soon resolved..

😢: The heating and hot water wasn't working on arrival inspite of contacting the host it wasn't until the following day that someone came to look at it. this only happened quickly after I mentioned a health problem which could have been made worse by staying in a cold property. It wasn't clear who we should contact about a problem we had two different phone numbers one of them was later proved to be the wrong one.
