Joli petit appart équipé en...<br>#128578; Appart est joliment décoré, dans un bel immeuble situé sur une jolie place avec vue sur la cathédrale. Très très bien équipé et confortable. Le propriétaire a été très sympathique et nous a transmis toutes les infos utiles pour notre séjour.<br>#128577; Rien tout était parfait

Exceptionnel<br>#128578; L'équipement et l'aménagement de l'appartement dans une superficie de 35m2, la propreté également. La bienveillance de l'hôte. Bon rapport qualité prix.<br>#128577; Le petit point négatif ne vient pas de l'appartement, mais de la petite rue piétonne qui a été fermée par des bornes ce qui peut rendre l'accès un peu compliqué si vous avez des bagages.

Très pratique et parfaitement situé. Propre et bien équipé.

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours dans le logement pour un EVJF. L’appartement est magnifique avec un emplacement parfait. Merci à Ludovic pour son accueil et sa disponibilité ! La mariée était aux anges! Nous avons passé un super séjour. Bonne continuation. Adeline

The Cocon of Notre Dame is a lovely property. Very clean and comfortable. As discussed by others, old (original?) spiral staircase must be climbed to reach the apartment. The kitchen is well-equipped—we enjoyed cooking a delicious Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner. Everything in the old town is within an easy walk. The dining table comfortably seats 7. To help others who may stay here, one bedroom is located off the living room. It has an en suite with a shower. A second bedroom is located up the stairs next to the dining table. This room has no door and is open. It has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The third and fourth bedrooms are located off the dining table; they share a bathroom with a shower that is connected to the 4th bedroom. The 4th bedroom is also reached by a flight of stairs and there is no door.

Réunion de famille à l’occasion d’un anniversaire autour d’une raclette et visite d’Annecy. Appartement agréable et localisation superbe.
