😊: The apartment is great - just as you see in the photos. Comfortable and clean, well equipped (older reviews say kitchen items are lacking but these have been replaced). 😢: Lack of aircon in bedrooms. Do NOT go believing that they are okay. They aren't. We got the small cooler unit working well enough so that one person was cool enough with that and a fan. One person slept in the living room with the aircon. Check in process is really bad. The main thing is that it isn't clear, when they ask you for arrival time, that this means a member of staff comes from elsewhere to meet you at the building at that exact time. Not exactly realistic when you are coming off a flight..

😊: Nothing, this place is shit. 😢: This place was a complete disaster from start to finish. The room was extremely dirty and unhygienic, nothing like the photos or description on the listing. We arrived and immediately realised it was impossible to stay — we didn’t even spend a single night there. The hygiene level was shocking. On top of that, the management was highly unprofessional. They tried to add undisclosed fees right before check-in, which were never mentioned in the booking policies. When we questioned this and reported the hygiene issues, they became evasive and then stopped responding altogether. Despite the fact that we did not stay at all, they still charged a damage deposit, creating even more stress and frustration. There was no transparency, no accountability, and no basic customer service. This is not a minor inconvenience — it is a serious failure in cleanliness, honesty, and professional management. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place entirely..

😊: Stunning view from the balcony. Tram just outside the building, good location. By foot ca 50 minutes walk to downtown on the Promenade des Anglais. Enough space, good beds, shutters to make rooms completely dark. Well equipped, but only 1 pot and 2 pans. We loved it and would definitely book it again.. 😢: Parking is not included so you need to find and pay it on the street or in a public garage..
