Le Cottage

😊: The house is very smart, clean and tidy inside. Much of the furniture looks new or hasn't been used much. Ternay is not a commercialised village. The bakery shut fairly recently and there are no shops, though the countryside is very pleasant. Jean-Luc met us at the house when we arrived and when we left. He was very helpful and pleasant. The house was well-equipped, though we weren't able to use the washing machine. We were in the middle of a heatwave when we stayed at Le Cottage. There is no air conditioning, but there were fans.. 😢: We had a strange start since the house number was incorrect and we spent a long time on a very hot afternoon looking for it! We were disappointed that the washing machine was leaking. We used a restaurant in the nearby village of Troo and a supermarket in Montoire, but there are no facilities in the village..
