Pas de communication<br>#128578; Le logement est très joli et agréable<br>#128577; Problème pour entrer dans le logement. La boîte à clefs ne s'ouvrait pas à cause du changement de combinaison. Pas de communication que ce soit en interne ou avec leurs clients. Le samedi soir j'ai demandé le code WiFi et comment fonctionnait la tv. Aucune réponse, si ce n'est que 1h après je reçois un message pour me prévenir de comment quitter le logement et les consignes associées... Toujours pas de réponse à mon message. Je trouve cela honteux.

Overnight stay in Reims<br>#128578; Warm, clean, comfortable beds, spacious, well-equiped kitchen. Interesting space and decoration.<br>#128577; The bathroom isn't in keeping with the rest of the flat, it's a little used. The pillows aren't great. However these are minor details.

Perfect place, lovely location, cozy...<br>#128578; It was very cosy, but also more than enough space for 5 adults to be in the living room and in the kitchen. It was clean, all utensils you can think of where available in the kitchen. We had more than enough towels and even kitchen towels were available. We also liked the location. The apartment was really private, nou sound of the road or other people in the building. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. And finally, instructions to enter the house were very clear and safe...<br>#128577; There was nothing we missed during our stay.

The apartment is cozy and nicely renovated.<br>#128577; There were some power supplies which looked improvised, and other small details which looked like they were not finished. The info regarding key handovers were not delivered via email as promised, only after several calls from the front of the door. The pictures received are not actually and can contain better explanation. No hand towels available, only for showers and those different qualities. Dirty and broken glasses in the cupboard, the cleaning services can pay more attention to this even ...

Lieux très agréables, mais peut...<br>#128578; L'aménagement général du logement est agréable et bien pensé, et les lieux sont 'cosy'. Pour ce prix, un effort doit être fait sur la vaisselle nettement insuffisante.<br>#128577; Très grande difficulté de communication avec le gestionnaire du logement: 1/2 heure d'attente + de nombreux appels téléphoniques avant d'avoir les infos utiles, alors qu'une heure de rv avait été fixée !
