😢: The host was not helpful as the bed was not set up properly and the host could not speak English when I called and was only contactable via messages. The host did not come and help, and we had to set up the beds ourselves..

😊: The location is great, the apartment is carefully maintained and equipped with everything one might possibly need. It's nearly perfect! This is the kind of apartment that I would always prefer to a hotel room. If you are looking for a parking, navigate to "C3VQ+9F Rouen, France" in Google Maps: this is the car entrance to the paid underground parking right under the main square and it's only few steps away from the apartment.. 😢: I don't remember air conditioner there. We didn't really need it but if you travel during hot times, keep that in mind. Other than that, I doubt there's anything worth mentioning..

😊: Everything. Superb location overlooking the vibrant market square, very close to all historic sites and the apartment was beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped. Super host.. 😢: Nothing.
