😊: Location is perfect and the house is equipted with more or less everything you need. Parking in the underground on the other side of the street is also easy to handle.. 😢: The house is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. The stairs are not so easy if you have big suitcases..

😢: The bed mattress needs an upgrade.

😊: The room is beautiful, very clean and warm with lovely views and right in the centre of town.. 😢: Having said that though, there were so many negative things that meant we could not stay in the apartment that night, and would never choose it again. The owner led us to believe that parking was available outside the apartment. That is not true. The area outside is pedestrianised and you would be fined if you parked your car here. You have to use the public car park which is across a busy main road and about 300 metres further down on the other side. You also have to move the car before 8am or risk another fine. Or you can use an underground car park further along, but we had already told the owner we could not use this because we had a roof box and therefore a height restriction. Getting into the apartment was a nightmare as the front door key snapped into two pieces in the lock! Then the apartment is on the second floor, we had to struggle with bags up four flights of steep spiral steps. At night when there is no natural light from the windows, you have to rely on an automatic light which you have to manually activate and remains on for about 30 seconds before plunging you into deep darkness. If you are between flights of stairs, you risk a nasty fall as the steps are smooth slippery stone and too narrow to use near the centre of the spiral. Finally, it took us a long time to get the code from the owner. Having texted her, emailed her and phoned her, leaving messages - several times. When we finally managed to track her down, she told us she had been too busy to respond. We ended up booking another hotel and moving the same night. We lost our money on this accommodation and want to give others the information we did not get before booking for themselves..
