😊: It is close from the center but not too close.. 😢: There is only AC in the living room not in the room and it works super bad. The neighbor is scary specially at night the building is super dirty. The host was a bit rude. And you have to pay at 300 euros deposit which I think is unnecessary ( it was returned back ) but still there is no point..

😊: The location is excellent, the apartment is very spacious and nicely furnished, and the staff are outstanding and always ready to help with anything you need. 😢: It can be noisy at night because the street remains busy throughout the evening and into the early morning. The bed is also a bit less comfortable than expected.

😊: The apartment is very spacious, nice balcony, good facilities. It is near the train station and a reasonable walk to the city centre/old town. Even though the railway is near, no sound from it, just the street downstairs.. 😢: We were met by a cockroach on the door, then during the stay couple of more showed up. We understand that this is a building problem not specifically the apartment but It does lack some deep cleaning..

😊: The stay was simply perfect! The apartment is impeccably clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is excellent — close to the beach, restaurants, and Nice's main tourist attractions. The hosts were extremely attentive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I recommend it without hesitation and would certainly return!”.
