Le Nook ¤ Nid cosy à 600m de la vieille ville ¤

😊: Spacious. Loads of storage space. Great shower! The fan we found in the cupboard was really good and very quiet. Air conditioner unit worked but very loud so we only put it on to cool down the apartment for a short while. Carrefour mini market a few minutes walk away so very handy for groceries and NannyBag storage.. 😢: It is looking a bit tired in places like the bathroom and the kitchen area although shower was very good. Everything worked however..

😊: Very clean and well furnished to survive a few days but also a longer stay.. 😢: More of a recommendation for the owner: the bathroom does not seem to feature a working ventilation system while having no windows to air the room after a shower. There is no mold but the quality of the flat may be preserved for a longer time with the installation of such a system..

😊: The apartment was spotlessly clean and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. If you’re sensitive to light when sleeping, you will find the blackout blinds a big bonus (something that is often overlooked in a lot of other places). Margaret was a very attentive host, and was very quick to respond when I had a question. I hope to return to Annecy sometime, and will certainly try to book Le Nook again if available..

😊: Loved it! Such a cosy, modern and well-decorated apartment, with everything you need. Very fast wifi, big shower, comfortable bed and an outside patio/ balcony. I really appreciated how the balcony could be opened and closed by sliding windows as it would completely block the road noise at night, allowing for a great and quiet nights sleep. Alternatively, it was lovely and refreshing to open it up and get some fresh air whilst in the comfort of our accommodation. The kitchen has everything you need, including an oven and a dishwasher. There was a lounge area with a TV, and the bed was so comfortable. The building felt safe and secure, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The hosts are also kind and very informative. I absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely return upon coming to Annecy again❤️. 😢: Only a 2 very, very small things: the AC unit was too loud to have on whilst trying to sleep, but we overcame this by having it on before sleeping and found that the apartment wouldn’t warm up during the night too much, so this wasn’t a big issue at all. Also, you have to leave a €500 deposit (I was surprised that it was this much). I’m not sure if this was a malfunction which happened during my stay, as the hosts said it wouldn’t actually be taken out of the account. However, it got refunded 72 hours after departure, so again, not an issue - our stay was amazing, thanks so much☺️❤️.
