Le Normand - Spacieux T4 neuf avec 3 salles d’eaux

😊: Excellent location- just a few minutes walk from the metro station and also a mini supermarket. Lovely spacious apartment with a shower off each bedroom. Really enjoyed our time here.. 😢: It was a bit weird having individual showers and hand basins off each of the three bedrooms but only one shared toilet in the hall with no hand basin..

😊: Its 3 en suite bedrooms were lovely and roomy - great for a family stay. Also loved the balcony.. 😢: Nothing.

😊: - The cleanliness of the building; - The cleanliness of the apartment, including bed linen; - The bright and generous space of the property. 😢: - We've found the house rules and procedures imposed as being rather focused on the owners' business than the comfort of the guests (e.g. check-in time 18:00 hrs. although we've been granted an exception and were allowed to check-in between 16:00 and 17:00 hrs; check-out time 10:00 a.m. nevertheless considering that the removal of the used bed linen and the trash fall in the guests' responsibility). - The rather misleading description of the property: there are three bathrooms in deed but there is only one WC in the apartment. Luckily our friends couldn't eventually join us. We can hardly imagine how would we have dealt the five of us with only one toilet..
