😊: Great location,spacious and 10min walk from old town 👌.

😊: It was clean and well equipped.. 😢: The intro and the whole process of check in is complicated. It should be made easier..

😊: Good location, close to the beach and train station. The washing machine works well, although we found a lot of small stones inside the rubber gasket.. 😢: The hygiene in the apartment was poor. As soon as we arrived, we noticed it wasn’t properly cleaned and we messaged the host. They replied that the cleaning lady had sent them photos showing everything was clean, so we sent them photos of all the dirty areas. We were traveling with a small child who spends a lot of time on the floor, and the floor was quite dirty. Of course, we ended up vacuuming and mopping ourselves. After we sent them the photos of everything that was dirty, they said they would forward the complaint to the cleaning agency and request a refund. That refund was never issued to us. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and makes loud creaking noises whenever you move. The dining chairs are unstable and sinking when you sit on them. There is a strange smell in the apartment, with a musty odor coming from the bathroom. Key pickup is almost a kilometer away from the apartment. Check-out is by 10 AM, but on the morning of our departure, we received a message saying we had to return the key at that other location by 10 AM. So effectively, check-out is even earlier because you have to leave the apartment, travel, and return the key by 10. The water in the shower cabin didn’t drain properly—the drain was clogged, clearly not cleaned. There is a fan in the apartment, but it was full of dust, so we couldn’t use it—everyone started coughing as soon as we turned it on..

😊: The location of the apartment is very good, close to the city center and really 100 m away from the apartment. The apartment is quite modern and nicely furnished.. 😢: There was a hidden deposit of 300€ I needed to pay, which I was not informed about when I booked the property. I received it back immediately the day I checked out, but still this is the first time I need to pay deposit for the accommodation and not being transparently informed about it. The keys are not in the same place as the apartment itself. By 10 you already need to check out and have the keys placed 11 minutes away from the apartment. Not enough toilet paper provided even, no kitchen towels etc. Wi-Fi password is not correct and different from one booklet to another, it took us 2-3 hours to realise which one is correct. Overall we didn’t feel good about the experience & the communication.

😊: Balcony, good pillows, modern flat. 😢: No air conditioning.
