😊: The view is beautiful. It is quiet. Walking distance to the town.. 😢: The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable..

😊: View of fortification. 😢: Smell of smoke. We think nit came from adjoining apartment..

😊: Location , parking and we wanted a view on the cité , nespresso machine. 😢: We contacted the owner immediately on arrival as the light and powerpoints in the very dark bathroom don't work. ( Except somehow the washing machine does work) He insists he wasn't aware of this problem. There is no way a cleaner can clean the bathroom without a light as it has no windows and is in a dark spot. I'm pretty sure 2 new bath towels were left to use but were not washed, so they don't soak up water! ( Do I really have to tell you to wash these before first use?) The tab in the kitchen is really loose. Always find cups and plates not really clean. The heater on the enclosed balcony doesnt work either. The elevator has problems: the door closes after 3 or 4 tries, which makes me nervous. Of course one can take the stairs to the fifth floor 😏 ( other residents said they have been waiting for 2 months now to have this repaired) ..

😊: Nice view. Nice balcony. Cozy appartment. Good TV with YouTube and Netflix.. 😢: The floor was a bit dusty and a vacuum cleaner was already clogged with a dust. No salt, no suggar, tea bags and coffe are limited according to your stay..
