😊: The location was perfect. Overlooking the Herault River and the Mediterranean. Within walking distance of the beach and facilities although mid September is obviously the end of the French summer season. Wifi was great. The pans were superb. The beds were comfortable. Neighbours very helpful.. 😢: We weren't expecting the Ritz but we were expecting Genius level. The apartment was not clean. The shower head bracket was broken. The electrics failed during our stay but the owner did come quickly to rectify this however, he exposed a number of extension leads below the kitchen cabinets which are of concern particularly as he covered one with a plastic bag. There were no fire extinguishers or blanket. There is only one smoke detector for the whole apartment. There were no slippers as advertised. The bath mat and one towel had not been laundered which we washed. The other 4 towels were old. There was only one washing tablet provided. There was only one tea towel. We purchased 2 hand towels for our stay and two tea towels. The pillows were terrible; 2 orthopaedic and two cut up sponge pieces. We purchased two new pillows and left them there. The light above the bathroom sink didn't work. The hand towel rail fell off the wall. The extractor fan was constantly on. The WC seat was loose and the toilet very dirty. We bought toilet cleaner as none provided. The Clic Clac was very uncomfortable, as a couch, even with additional blankets to sit on. We washed the couch throw as this was grimy. The pull cord for the first bedroom window wasn't engaging properly so the blind kept falling down. The pedal bin in the kitchen didn't work and was not clean. We didn't use the dishwasher. The kitchen sink was disgusting with a dirty used sponge left for washing up. We were thankful for the washing up liquid half bottle left. We purchased new sponges. Windows were dirty. We washed all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery before we used them. We didn't use the air con. The sealant at the back of the bathroom sink and the sealant around the shower base is in need of attention. The sink had been replaced and was not black as shown in the photos on your site. The drawers below the sink were dirty and water marked..

😊: Great location Clean. 😢: Not provided with beach furniture which was difficult as neither was it available on the beach and very hot.
