😊: Endroit, Connexion internet, personnel à l'écoute.. 😢: Saleté, Entrée principale et escaliers vétustes, Logement trop petit, trés peu d'appareils électroménagers, la porte du balcon qui ne se ferme pas correctement....

😊: La situation du logement est parfaite et le logement est bien équipé.. 😢: Indiquer dans l’annonce qu’il faut se garer à parking souterrain pour accéder au logement. Le logement n’est pas propre… rideau de douche moisi, bouilloire inutilisable, alèse pleine de miettes et cheveux, poussière… et j’en passe.. c’est dommage. Nous n’avions pas assez de parure de draps par rapport au nombre de personnes ...

😊: L’emplacement. 😢: Appartement très mal entretenu, vaisselle et literie sales, manque pas mal d’ustensiles de vaisselle, avons dû rappeler la conciergerie car manquait une couette et une housse de couette…..

The staircase going up to the apartment and the wooden floor did not feel so safe especially when it was raining. The apartment inside could have been cleaned more. We found quite a few dust around the house and leftovers in the kitchen from previous visitors. We didn't use the kitchen. However, when we checked the microwave had a lot of crumbs and stains..
