Le plein air d'Annecy, proche Gare

😊: Loved the location, character & open plan nature of the property. 😢: Communication from property owner was poor and unresponsive. Made for stressful first day as we were asked to communicate eta but then heard nothing back. We knew check in was from 4pm and we got into Annecy at midday but our questions re left luggage, earlier check in and check in procedure went unanswered. We only received key info at 3pm on the day so walking around town in hot weather with all our bags wasn’t great. Began to worry there was a problem with the booking..

😊: Location and comfortable beds. 😢: Steep steps to get to unit with luggage was difficult 35 Euros per night for parking 1 km away from unit. Owner did not respond to messages on our second day when we had questions. The shower was mouldy and bathroom smelly due to no ventilation.
