Cute and cozy apartment in...<br>#128578; It was such a cute and cozy apartment. Near the beach and city center. It also had everything you need for a short stay, including the washing machine and soap to use it. There was also fast wifi and the AC cooled the room quickly. I recommend this apartment.

Amazing location and amenities<br>#128578; Less than 10 minutes walk to Nice-Ville station Less than 30 minutes walk to old town, promenade etc Lots of great places to eat nearby There was a washing machine which was convenient after going to the beach etc Air conditioning was life saver for the hot weather<br>#128577; A little too tight of a space - always have to put up sofa bed to acquire more space. The pillows were thin and uncomfortable

Super location<br>#128578; Super logement dans un quartier calme et résidence agréable !! Proche des centres d'intérêts, on peut tout faire à pied ! La communication a été hyper fluide avec les propriétaires ! Et pour info, allez manger au restaurant le "vingt 4" qui se trouve à 2 min à pied ! Charmant restaurant tenu par un couple très sympathique, la cuisine y est excellente (produits ultra frais) et prix très abordables !! Une pépite !!
