Le Sainte Claire - Aprtement 45 square meter in the center of Annecy

Underwhelmed.<br>#128578; The location was great. Looked great in photos but was not practical to stay in.<br>#128577; Dark, some furniture was broken (stool and panel at end of kitchen), no coffee or coffee filters , as promised by staff.

agréable séjour !<br>#128578; Appartement clair et spacieux bien équipée.<br>#128577; Très bel appartement, mais une première impression désagréable dès l'entrée par la propreté douteuse de l'escalier (nombreuse toile d'araignée) et par l'odeur de cuisine. Dans l'appartement , les portes coulissante des penderies se bloquent ! et le ventilateur n'a pas vu une éponge depuis fort longtemps

A ce sujet, merci pour le suivi du problème par la conciergerie

Fantastic central location in the heart of Annecy. Close to shops, market and lake. Flat is a good size and equipped with everything needed. Be aware that at night the flat is extremely noisy when the windows are open making it very difficult to sleep especially on hot nights. We stayed during a heatwave and had to choose between heat and noise each night. The flat does not have AC and the fan in the bedroom is not enough to keep cool so we had to open the windows to the busy street. I imagine the flat is perfect outside of summer months. There are also a couple of minor improvements to be made. The corner of the kitchen is loose and falls down when the washer machine as it is not connected to anything. The shower curtain also needs replacing, it curves outwards and allows water to pour all over the floor no matter how you place the shower head. Some of the dishware was chipped and looked scruffy.

Très bon séjour, appartement clean et emplacement au top !

Cet appartement très lumineux et très bien agencé est accessible par la rue Sainte Claire, ce qui fait de ce lieu, un point central pour profiter de cette magnifique ville qu'est Annecy. Nous reviendrons en vacances ou en week-end à Annecy et n'hésiterons pas à louer à nouveau cet appartement. Karine et Jean

Bel appartement, par contre nous n'avions pas eu de chance au niveau du nettoyage( un peu de moisisure dans la cusine et salle bain...) Sinon bel appartement, bien placé
