Le Secret De Bali - Évasion en centre-ville

😊: Location was good. 😢: The property was advertised as having air conditioning and on arrival it did not. The host apologised and said it was an oversight which I appreciate but we booked in good faith and there was no solution. We also booked for 2 adults and a child. The sofa bed was not made up, there were no sheets for the sofa bed, the only sheet I found in the wardrobe was covered in dog hair. My son is also autistic which I explained and is highly sensitive to temperature, smells etc. The host said she could arrange for the bed to be made up in the morning but obviously that night there was nowhere for him to sleep so we had to leave the apartment and pay for alternative accommodation. The host was polite and admitted full responsibility but would only refund half of our money. We ended up traipsing around Rouen at 10pm to find alternative accommodation. I thought as the host would have at least refunded us as it was not our error and we didn't have sufficient beds but sadly not. Very disappointed. Booking.com have also refused to rectify their end. Terrible experience.
