😊: The location is ideal, just about 5 minutes from the city center. The apartment offers a stunning and impressive view of the city. Although the flat is relatively small, it is comfortable and clean.. 😢: However, there were a few downsides. Since the apartment is on the 13th floor, there were three occasions when the elevator wasn’t working, and I had to climb up and down all 13 floors, which was a really unpleasant experience. Also, considering the price, I’m not sure it’s entirely worth it — you can likely find similar studio apartments in Rennes for a much lower cost..
