😢: The parking card provided did not function correctly, which made entering and exiting the parking lot unnecessarily complicated throughout our stay. The windows face directly onto a ground-level sidewalk, meaning every conversation, footstep, and passing vehicle was clearly audible — even with the shutters firmly closed. When the owner reached out to ask whether everything was to our satisfaction, I took the opportunity to mention the parking issue. No response was offered. Before check-in, however, the owner had found the time to send no fewer than five messages warning us of potential fines for property damage or noise — a warm welcome that set the tone rather effectively. 😢: No handbasin in toilet, had to pass through kitchen area to wash hands adjacent to shower.
