Great family house with covered...<br>#128578; The owners met my parents on arrival and showed them around the premises. Everything was as stated on the website, or even better. It clearly is an old/vieux house and therefore a bit dark, filled with trinkets and (how lovely!) hundreds of English/French books. Very spacious and super clean. Almost every bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, as were the washing machine (children are messy) and literally piles of extra bath towels and bed linens in a walk-in closet. The ...<br>#128577; I wish the gate around the pool was self-closing. We had a 2 year old with us, and since the pool cannot be seen from the terrace or house, we had to keep reminding the 5 older kids to close the gate behind them when they went swimming. Hardly a dislike, just one of our nice-to-haves: the village is quite isolated (which is part of the charm of course) and the nearest supermarket/bakery can only be reached by car.
