Le Villa Nova au centre ville

😊: The location.. 😢: Dirty towel and an old bath mat left on the balcony. Dirty floor so not inviting to sit outside. The smell from the shower 🤢 the bathroom was open plan in the bedroom so we had to sleep in a room that smelt vile. The sofa was uncomfortable 😣. The entrance was shared and someone kept their dog trolley in there so that smelt horrendous everyday. The WiFi wasn't working properly. They did send a technician out twice but failed to sort it before we left (5days) When we was putting the duvet cover on the bed that was ripped.So not the best stay. Would certainly NOT recommend it..

😊: Great location and modern bedroom and bathroom.. 😢: The property was not well-cleaned beyond the bare minimum (bathroom sink, kitchen), with things like the bathroom rug, balcony, and living room sofa being worn out and in need of a wash, and the bedside cabinets being full of scratches. No toiletries whatsoever are provided..

😊: Everything was provided to be comfortable. Only clothes dryer not provided, but laundrette three minutes walk, to dry clothes. The double bed was comfortable. Bedding, towels, bathroom and toilet were very clean.. 😢: Sofa is not a sofa bed. It was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Cleaning was variable. Vacuuming and dusting were poor. Bad smell from drain in bathroom. With the open-plan bathroom, the smell was also in the bedroom The bathroom needs a privacy curtain. We are friends sharing, so the person using the bedroom has to leave for the other person to shower. The iron had burnt marks so could not be used..

😢: a curtain or door from bedroom into shower room for a bit of privacy would be good..

Buenas relación calidad /precio.<br>#128578; Ubicación perfecta, cercano a supermercados y al centro ciudad. Apartamento bien equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en familia. Cama cómoda, excelente aislamiento acústico y térmico. Otra ventaja es tener plaza de aparcamiento cerca. Instrucciones de entrada fáciles de entender, comunicación fluida mediante Booking con el administrador/a. Sin duda ,volveríamos en próximos viajes a Annecy.
