😊: good documented check-in procedure (videos), quick response when we had problems with the dishwasher, the outdoor terrace, refrigerator is big enough, comfy sofa bed in the living room, parking lot under the building, next to carrefour (shop). In front of the isle of Nantes where the machines d'Ile and the rings (Buren & Bouchain) are located.. 😢: Small entrance (difficult angle) to the parking lot, especially when bikes and cars on the street are parked closely. Music and talking from neighbours late night. We had to give our credit card number for guarantee. That was a bit strange. It was not necessary in other accommodations.

😊: The location; the generous size of the apartment; Elodie and Prescillia 's prompt responses.. 😢: When we arrived the security in the apartment was a concern as the shutters in the lounge were up and the patio door open..(there was an apple Mac computer by the doorway.!) I had to clean the kitchen as it wasn't up to standard. The outside terrace needed cleaning.The TV /Netflix did not work. (Despite Prescillia 's best efforts to fix it.) If these shortcomings were remedied it would be an ideal place to stay.

Fijn adres, absolute aanrader !<br>#128578; Prettig, duidelijk en heel vriendelijk contact met de host. Super goede locatie. Het appartement is ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De slaapkamers zijn ruim, met kastruimte en smaakvol ingericht. De moderne badkamer heeft een fijne regendouche. Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van het prachtige, bruisende centrum en is toch rustig gelegen. Er is een terras met een zitje aan de groene (besloten) binnentuin . Parkeerplek in (privé)parkeergarage inbegrepen. Supermarkt om de hoek, ...<br>#128577; Niets!

Exceptional<br>#128578; Lovely, comfortable and well equipped apartment with the added bonus of a terrace. The secure parking space in the car park was a real bonus. Great location within walking distance of the centre and the Machines de L'Isle.
