😊: Good location.. 😢: First, there are lower windows and the safety lock does not work - dangerous with children. Second, the mobile air-con cannot work at night as it ends in a hole in the window and therefore you cannot put the shade down. Sleeping with an open window is impossible as the street below is busy and noisy. We were so hot we could not sleep at night. Also there are no proper beds but two rather narrow sofas..
