A great flat and decent...<br>#128578; Keys needed to be collected from a different location that was located on the next side street from the property. Instructions were clear and easy to locate.<br>#128577; We were hoping for early checkin or to drop bags off as the checkin is too late in the afternoon. We asked well in advance but were denied. We had to find another location to temporarily store our luggage, which was inconvenient. Also, we found the flat gets very cold and the availabile blankets were not warm enough.

Séjour parfait en famille !<br>#128578; L'appartement était en excellent état, et propre au possible, qu'est ce que ça fait du bien ! Très bien situé, on rejoint le centre en 10min à pied. Les informations envoyées en amont et étaient utiles et claires, et les concierges de l'appartement étaient réactifs lorsque l'on avait des questions. Bonus et Point pratique : les places de parking de la copropriété lorsqu'elles sont disponibles!<br>#128577; Il nous est arrivé d'avoir froid, mais on a respecté le fait de ne pas toucher les radiateurs :)

Clean, has everything need - even when we needed something the host was very helpfull - the location was spot on and it was so confortable. Awesome choice and amazing quality-price ratio. It was our 3th time in Annecy and couldn't be happier with the option we made this time.<br>#128577; Nothing to point out.
