😊: Good location Very comfortable Great value.

😊: We appreciated the location - it's quite central and a 30 minute walk away from the beach. The apartment was clean and spacious, had all the amenities we needed (with the exception of shower gel and shampoo). Dryer for clothes was a nice and convenient extra.. 😢: Upon arrival, the bathrooms had a sewer-like smell coming from, presumably, the shower drain. After opening the window and using the shower the smell subsided but was still slightly detectable throughout our stay. However, this didn't cause us any inconvenience. The next door neighbors were quite loud - they could be heard in the hallway and in one of the rooms closest to the entrance in the apartment. The noise wasn't too audible inside and didn't disturb our sleep, however this went on both nights we were there..

😊: Great location for train links and for rugby stadium plus bars and restaurants. 😢: The beds were unmade on arrival. Noise from road traffic in week days.
