Les Mulots - Appartement T3 de 56m

The property had several broken item's of furniture, was dirty and is in desperate need of a clean. The bathroom didn't have anywhere to hang towels to dry, the balcony table didn't have any chairs, the kitchen utensils were chipped or damaged. The house also smelt of cigarettes.

If you are thinking about going to Annecy, there is no need to rent this apartment, it is close to everything! you would like

Agréable et le soleil était...<br>#128578; Appartement propre, fonctionnel. Bien placé bien que la vue depuis le balcon donnée sur un autre immeuble en face. Silencieux, confortable.<br>#128577; Une televisión était prévue mais le gardien nous a dit qu'il manquait un câble et donc pas de télévision. En équipement nous avons noté l'absence de poêle pour cuisiner, faire cuire de la viande, des oeufs …Pas de carafe non plus pour l'eau mais c'est dommage mais on pouvait mettre de l'eau dans une bouteille par contre l(absence de poêle était tres gênent surtout quand nous avions acheté des beefteaks…

Nice apartment with a great location - ease access to train and buses and short walk to old part of town. The apartment was clean with plenty of towels and comfortable beds, slightly strange to find ample cups and saucers but no mugs. Wi-Fi was very poor and the TV switched on but we don’t couldn’t find a way to watch any TV (perhaps tied in with the poof WiFi?). No response from concierge when I sent a WhatsApp message to him regarding WiFi. Unable to access the dustbin area as it was locked and no key provided for the lock. We have had a lovely time in Annecy but it would have been better if these problems hadn’t been present.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Perfect with kids. It is so clean, beautifully decorated and unkept. All the tools/appliances you need to make your stay comfortable. Handover of keys was easy and communication good, location wonderful few mins walk to old town. 2 convenience shops and a pharmacy, as well as train station a few minutes walk. We will stay again if we come to Annecy.
