Very clean. Was a very nice place right next to all the historic Annecy district. Beautiful scenery out by the lake. I would highly recommend staying there.

Wonderful host, special apartment, and terrific location

I gave lakefront a 1 star because it was not on the lake nor did we rent it thinking it was on the lake so PLEASE don’t count the 1 star in the rating. The apartment was charming and ideally located for us. It was really charming and we appreciated the cleanliness. . The stairs were a bit challenging, but we were aware of that before we booked it. The parking garage around the corner was very convenient. There are lots of restaurants nearby so we could walk to dinner at night. The bed was VERY comfortable! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in the Old Town Annecy.

It was a wonderful place to stay, but there were a lot of stairs. If you are 40 or under I would suggest staying here, but if you are older, the stairs are too difficult.

Location was great close to all restaurants/bars, shops and lake. Very clean, providing all facilities that you would need. Enjoyed our stay - Annecy is a very special destination.

Very easy to find and wonderful coffee bar just below. Was a bit toasty at night but there has been a heatwave.
