My partner and I stayed in this perfectly located apartment at the foot of the Carcassonne cite for a week in June. Maria and Stephane are lovely hosts who run an excellent restaurant and were on hand for anything we needed. The apartment is like an extension of their family home with family photos and pictures on the walls - it has a loved, homely feel and is definitely not a typical anonymous holiday apartment. We enjoyed every part of our stay, especially the occasions we ate out in Maria and Stephane's restaurant which we cannot recommend highly enough.

Perfect for our stay with our 8yo granddaughter. Great location for exploring the town and castle. Hosts were wonderful and their restaurant below the apartment is excellent. We had a fabulous dinner there our second night.

This is not your typical, sterile vacation rental. Staying at Maria and Stephane’s felt like staying with friends, complete with shelves full of books and family photos on the walls. The layout was perfect for our family of 5 to spend time together and spread out when needed. The location couldn’t be better. An easy 10-minute walk to the centre of town, and less than 5 minutes walk to the base of the walled city. We loved having coffee, meals or a glass of wine on the terrace. Maria and Stephane run a wonderful restaurant downstairs and were gracious about us all mingling with their guests as the kids made their way to the trampoline in the garden. Maria and Stephane - you made us feel so welcome in your home. We wish you and your sons all the best in health, happiness and success with the restaurant! My family had a wonderful and memorable stay. The townhouse is charming, with lots of character which was perfect for my family. Maria was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. She and Stéphane also were so thoughtful on our wedding anniversary. The townhouse is in a great location, close to restaurants and at the foot of the Cite. Highly recommend!

We stayed here in June with a baby and a four year old. It is a really special, spacious and characterful apartment in an amazing location. The terrace has a great view of the walled City which is a very easy walk. The building is on a road with many nice restaurants, but the apartment is at the back of the building, so not noisy apart from the clock bells of the city. The garden is beautiful, an oasis of green in the middle of town, and the large trampoline meant it was hard to get our son to leave it. Maria was so welcoming and friendly, answered all our questions promptly and went out of her way to make us feel at home. We hope to be back!

Maria y su familia son personas muy cercanas que nos han hecho sentir como en casa. La casa está muy bien situada, con vistas al castillo. Tiene espacios diáfanos que transmiten calidez, ideal para estancias con familia y amigos. Tiene un patio muy acogedor donde hacer barbacoas. La cocina está reformada y bien equipada. Además hay muchos juguetes para los peques. Muchas gracias Maria y Stephan!

Großzügige, geräumige Wohnung über zwei Etagen mit toller, fast uneinsehbarer Terrasse (seitlich teilw. Blick auf die Cité) und Garten. Sehr ruhig gelegen, kein Verkehrslärm. Vor allem für Familien geeignet: Jede Menge Spiele und Spielzeug für Kinder - so viel "Zeug", dass man das allerdings auch als ein bisschen rummelig empfinden kann. Bäckerei gleich gegenüber, zahlreiche Restaurants ein paar Schritte entfernt, und zur Cité ist es auch nicht weit. Zudem sind Maria und Stéphane sehr freundliche und jederzeit hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Ich habe mich dort ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt.
