😊: Friendly people ..upon entering the studio - lots of Natural light, I went to look out the balcony window and saw an abundance of lemons 🍋 in the trees in a small property across the one way street- oranges and more lemons… what a cool neighbourhood. There was ambience and the Carrefour right on the corner. Powder blue wooden shutters that reminded me of one of Marie Antoinette’s Dresses. If you sit on the balcony you can see the water in the bay. And growing up by water I love the smell of the sea in the air… The property had everything I needed, the sofa bed was comfy and I did not want to leave. Perfect for my creative work. Merci Beaucoup!.

😊: Good location.. 😢: There is no bed. Just a sofa which is NOT COMFORTABLE! You have to open it everyday and it takes all the space, you can’t walk. It’s really very warm inside and very very LOUD every time there is a car passing. But the worst is really the absence of a normal bed..
