\"Loft Moderne\" avec vue et accès privé au Lac d'Annecy

une semaine en petit comité, nous avons adoré le col de la Forclaz, points de vue, resto super et vol en parapente... vraiment génial...

Nous avons passée une agréable semaine dans l'appartement de Irène. Il est très bien situé juste en face du lac tout était propre et très bien pensée, il y a vraiment tout dans le logement. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour.

Résidence bien située avec de quoi garer une voiture, accès privé au lac bien pensé. Appartement confort et tout équipé, je recommande.

This was the perfect place for our stay. So convenient - we parked literally right outside our balcony gate! No stairs to carry things up like many European properties. Gated access to a beautiful private beach and swimming area just across the road, and the bike path that runs around the entire lake is just yards away. We quickly found the walking path through the "old city" to the patisserie every morning. Wonderful. House is very nice, and despite other concerns we had seen about the view, we found it to be quite a lovely setting - woke up every morning to "les dents" of the mountains in our window, and a very nice view of the lake from the main room. There is a heavily traveled road a few meters away, but the house was very quiet and it did not bother us at all. Also, it was very hot while we were there (30-35 degrees C), and we were worried about the house not being air conditioned. Do not worry! It sits directly in front of a large rock face, and is kept wonderfully cool. We closed the doors and shades while we were gone and returned to a nice cool home. We even needed the covers on the bed at night. This is a lovely property. A real find , a perfect location and a great value. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Eine schöne Wohnung. Gut eingerichtet und nicht verwohnt. Allerdings ist das Wlan sehr schwach und es steht nur 1GB an Datenvolumen zur Verfügung. Den Bildern nach zu urteilen vermutet man, dass die Wohnung direkt am See ist. Dem ist aber nicht so. Die Wohnung ist auf der anderen Strassenseite und von dort aus kann man nur kleine Teile vom See sehen (schade) und der Verkehrslärm ist enorm. Die Beleuchtung der Terrasse wurde während unseres Aufendhaltes leider nicht repariert, obwohl wir das gewünscht hatten.

The apartment is very near the lake. It was comfortable enough for us. We came with 2 persons. We were welcomed by the owner and she could answer our questions in some English. The bed could be better. We would suggest a new mattress. Though there isn't air conditioning, the apartment and bedroom are cool enough, because the sun isn't on the balcony after 12:00 pm Everything needed is there, except a radio, but listening to music by television is also an option. The cooking plate is a bit old fashioned, but you get used to it quickly. We had a very pleasant stay and when you are by car, there is enough to do in the region.

We was given a warm welcome by Sylvie and her husband who was on hand through tout our stay. The apartment is nice but felt it was in totally the wrong place. Had it been on the top floor and not the ground floor we would have been happier. We are also a couple that like windows open of a night but there were no windows to open so found the apartment a little opressive. Unfortunately the lake view was almost non existant, trees blocked the view, the view you get from the apartment is of the car park through a green wire fence. If you like car/bike/lorry/coach spotting, the road outside will suit you perfect-the traffic is non stop from early morning; the weekends in August were horrendous. On the plus side, we loved walking through the old village, loved the mountains and loved Lake Annency and would return, but not here. We spent little time in the apartment only using it as a place to sleep and did not enjoy the apartment to relax in as we usually do. It was a shame, but was just not for us. Sorry.

What a wonderful week we had! The apartment was just as described. It was just perfect. It provided all we needed for a very relaxing week with superb views of the lake. The location suited our needs. It was a short car ride into Annecy, and we enjoyed the walks around the lake and the private lakeside area for swimming. The couple who met us at the apartment were wonderful and gave us lots of useful information about the area, best restaurants to eat at with maps and leaflets describing various places to visit. We would love to return to this area and will be looking to see if this apartment is available for our next trip. Many thanks to Irene and hubby for all their help and advice
