My adult kids and I stayed in the apartment for 4 nights. The location is wonderful and the host was easy to communicate with and was very prompt when I had any questions. The apartment stayed cool on some pretty hot days when we were there so that was a bonus.
The Good: Apt clean. Comms good with host. Location excellent. Near bus, metro and lively area. The Bad: Apt on ground floor. Damp musty feel to inside. Smell of natural gas in the morning. Can hear pipes from use by neighbours. With a little fixing up of damaged walls and a few homey touches like buraus, paintings, plants, tea towels, could have a cosy feel. No tetea
