😢: Unfortunally, very disappointing stay. We arrived at 7:00 PM (check-in is from 3:00 PM), and still had to wait 30 minutes for the apartment to be prepared. The apartment was not properly cleaned. The kitchen was especially dirty, with dried food on kitchenware, and we also found hair, fingerprints, and footprints on several surfaces. The wardrobe was broken and unusable. When we raised the issues, the host was not willing to properly address or clean them. The listing also mentions a terrace, but there are no outdoor table or chairs. The “outdoor area” is just the space in front of the apartment used for parking. Due to the conditions, we were forced to find alternative accommodation..
