Pleasant<br>#128577; the unit is on the 3rd floor. there is no lift in the building. at time of booking, this was not in the description of the property. those with disability will struggle. Also if like us, you are staying here for more then 3 night, and doing some cooking, etc, there is no place to thrown out the accumulating bins, its not details in the booklet for the apartment. Also towel can be an issue, and there were only a pair of towel, so you will have to end up washing them. so if you are travelling ...

Ottimo<br>#128578; Praticamente quasi nel centro di Nizza e vicinissimo alla Promenade d Anglais e alle spiagge . Moderno e ben accessoriato. Sotto casa si trova di tutto : supermercati , market , boulangerie e ristoranti!

We had an excellent stay...<br>#128578; Excellent location, close to all we wanted to visit while in Nice. Lots of excellent restaurants and beachside bars to choose from, and a grocery store steps away.<br>#128577; Not a negative, as we were informed ahead of time by the listing, but do know that there is no lift, so be prepared to manage the stairs.
