Lora Apartment with Garden & Pool

😊: Location is great, apartment is comfortable. Well equipped kitchen! Very comfortable bed. Cooking oil and salt&pepper available in the place.. 😢: Worst check-in and staff attitude ever! Despite letting them know my arrival time I waited an hour outside the gates for the property getting eaten by bugs for someone to come with the keys. Making out that it's my fault you can't get a person there to meet me when you've had 1.5h to do so it's just lazy and unprofessional. The person who showed up spoke no English and horribly little French and also did not know the place/information on wifi etc. No written information anywhere on how to connect wifi or how to get into the pool area. The place stunk of sewage (from the shower drain) and to not leave a single back-up roll of toilet paper is just wrong..
