Lovely Renovated Studio Golden Square Pedestrian

😊: Good location between Old Town and main shopping area. Close to beach. Clean and comfortable with everything you would need for a short stay. Host was super helpful and quick replies !.

😊: Instructions were easy to get in to apartment, close to everything, the host even recommended somethings which was lovely, would recommend to anyone!.

😊: Amazing location ! Great hosts . Excellent communication and their suggestions for the city were Ace ! The flat is extremely comfortable and suitably close to lovely restaurants and Vieux nice is close by too as is the Promenade des anglais I’d stay here the next time I come to Nice if they’d have me ! Merci beaucoup.

😊: The location in the city is very good. 😢: The location is also a bad point because the entry to the apartment is from some sort of inner yard. And here there are dumpsters, the backdoors of restaurants. So this entry area is very dirty and smells bad. During the night when we were returning to the apartment we encountered several rats here. Inside the apartment the smell is also unpleasant? Probably from the moldy/wet bathroom. It was unpleasant to have dark grey bed sheets and towels, that didn't feel fresh and had some discolouration. Another dissatisfaction was to see we only got liquid hand soap about 5% on the bottom of some bottle and same for the shower gel. Felt like someone before us forgot those there. Overall unpleasant..
