Luxury Apartment on Promenade des Anglaise in Nice

This apartment is in a super location! Its walking distance to most everything of interest but also very close to the bus line. 10 minute walk to the train station. The apartment is well maintained with everything one would need for a short or extended stay in Nice. We were there for about a month and it totally met our needs. We are contemplating returning next year!

Wonderful place with plenty of room and out of this world views. The host connected us with Elena for check in and out who was helpful and very sweet—making us feel welcome upon arrival.

The location of the apartment was excellent. The beach is across the street, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We walked to the old town to explore the shops and outdoor marketplace. We arrived to Nice by plane and train. The train station is about a 20 minute walk and the airport is about 30 minutes by car. We loved the liveliness of the city and view of the Mediterranean from the big picture window.

We had a fabulous time in Nice. The apartment location was perfect. Very comfortable and convenient. Wonderful views, easy walking distance to everything. We hopefully we’ll be able to one day return! Thank you.

A great stay! The apartment is very nice, and in a great location. Easy walk to Old Town, Beach Clubs and Shopping. Olga was easy to work with. Met us to drop off our bags while cleaning was completed. Highly recommend! We’ll be back.

This property was everything we could have hoped for. Gorgeous common area on a corner of the building with a panoramic view of the sea. Comfy furniture and a very well equipped kitchen Location was ideal with many quality restaurants within walking distance and the grocery store right around the corner. Easy walk to the old town. Check in was very smooth even with our late arrival. Olga met us right as we arrived and we the consummate professional during eh check in process. There is a little bit of traffic noise until later in the evening but nothing that was ever a problem when it came tome to go to sleep. We would whole-heartedly recommend this property. Only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!!!

We never got tired of looking out the sitting room windows at the water just across the Promenade. It's a high traffic area and a little noisy, but worth it for being able to sit with the windows open and just look out, or go out on the Promenade for a walk in two minutes or less. Beds were comfy, baths were spacious and new, and the kitchen had just enough of everything we needed other than a way to make filtered coffee (but we bought an inexpensive coffeemaker that is now there for future renters).

We went on a 5 day trip to Nice. We were a family of 4 & the apartment had plenty of room. Living room is exactly what you see in the picture going into a spacious kitchen having fridge, freezer & utensils to cook. I wish the stove was easy to light up. Frances the manager is a very knowledgeable person & she will be waiting for you to explain & guide you with sight seeing. Close to apartment you have good restaurant to eat. Yes, there are private & public beaches which are pebble beaches. Overall a good place for families who would like to cook little bit & go to beach.
