😊: The address is the best !. 😢: Review of the apartment at 19 Avenue George V : A nice-looking apartment with a good renovation. However, for people who don’t like noise, living in this apartment is very difficult. This apartment is on the ground floor and everyone who passes by—cigarette smoke, all their conversations—everything comes straight into the apartment. In addition, during the day until 8:00 p.m. the living room opens directly onto the building entrance, where people are constantly making big noise, shouting loudly and slamming doors. It feels as if you are living right inside the entrance hall itself. Until 8:00 p.m this noise is literally inside your apartment. When there is construction work in the courtyard, it feels as if they are drilling directly into your ear. And when you are lying in bed, there is no door between the bedroom and the living room, so all the noise from the entrance hits you straight in the head — it is extremely unpleasant. It is impossible to rest in this apartment : you have to wear big, heavy protective headphones like construction workers use when drilling or doing renovation work. When I sit at the table in the living room and open the large beautiful windows, there are two big trash bins standing right in front of the window. It gives the impression that I am a homeless person living among garbage bins, not a wealthy tourist paying €300 per night for this apartment. Therefore, I consider €300 per night for this apartment to be far too expensive. Its reasonable price would be €150 per night. There is, however, one small plus: people who tolerate noise easily and are willing to pay €300 per night instead of €150 will probably be happy in this apartment. Personally, though, I don’t think such people really exist…..

Diese Wohnung ist ein Juwel! Die Lage ist fantastisch, die Seine ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wir genießen unsere morgendlichen Spaziergänge am Flussufer.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem gemütlichen Apartment. Es war bestens für zwei Personen ausgestattet und die Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln machte die Erkundung der Stadt zum Kinderspiel.

Die Wohnung war genau das, was wir brauchten. Sie ist klein, aber gut geschnitten, und wir haben die nahegelegenen Buslinien für die bequeme Anbindung an die Stadt sehr geschätzt.

Perfekt für einen romantischen Kurzurlaub! Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und gut gelegen. Wir fanden es toll, dass wir viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen konnten.

Diese Wohnung hat all unsere Bedürfnisse erfüllt. Sie ist günstig in der Nähe von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gelegen, und wir haben die örtlichen Cafés und Geschäfte genossen.
