😊: We visited Nice for vacation last July. This is a really beautiful property and its furnishings are very well taken care of. The host was helpful and patient, e.g. they had to wait for quite a bit of time our arrival since our flight was delayed and provided nice advice for activities near Nice. We enjoyed a nice bbq and late night chats drinking some great french wines and gin-tonics (proper convivialité in the french sense). Very comfortable villa, quite easily accessible by car, and close to plenty of Côte d'Azur attractions. Highly recommended for people who are interested in vacation in Nice and surroundings..

The villa has an incredible aura that helps you relax and recharge instantly. The views from the windows are simply breathtaking: mountains, nature, open space… And in the evenings absolutely stunning sunsets that you can admire endlessly. Fresh air, tranquility, and a deep sense of comfort create the perfect environment for rest and renewal. A special mention goes to the large, bright, and very well-equipped kitchen spacious and thoughtfully designed, making it a pleasure to gather together. The fireplace adds a unique coziness and makes the evenings even warmer and more intimate. Our heartfelt thanks to the villa owner for the hospitality, care, and attention to every detail.
